Return Policy
In-Store & Local Delivery Returns – All items can be returned for a store credit or exchange. We ask that the product is in the original packaging, in the same condition that you received it or, if the product is a bag of kibble/dry food that has been opened, that the bag is more than halfway full and still in the original packaging. Please call the store as soon as possible so that the product can be credited to your account before your next delivery.
Shipping Returns – Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date, and the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue a full refund for the product, less shipping costs. All refunds will be reimbursed to the payment card or method that was originally used by the customer. Products such as kibble/dry food that have been opened, but are more than halfway full and still in the original packaging, can be returned for a store credit or exchange. We ask that all other products be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them. Remember to contact us within 30 days of receipt of any order to resolve any discrepancies so we can rectify the situation immediately.
